My photography has been an on-and-off thing until this past year, when my life was uprooted and I was left to dig myself out of my own dirt. It's taken on a life of its own; as I learn more and practice more it yields (generally) better results. I'm hoping to fill out my skeletal portfolio with more than just scenic and personal-interest shots (though my two tabby/torbie kitty sisters, Grynne and Bearrett, will always be in the spotlight). I imagine a fuller breadth and depth of development including more butterflies (my personal symbols); black and white nature shots; playing with light capture; and taking portraits and candid shots of people at formal engagements... In short, something more than personal eye candy.
